Angela is an internationally recognized Healer, Functional Medicine health coach, Yoga, and Meditation Teacher, and Educator with a heart for community development, sustainability, and peace education.
Angela has traveled an extensive personal healing and wellness journey and has spent many years studying holistic ways in which to bring harmony to one's body, mind, and soul.
Angela's expertise lies in her gift as a holistic visionary and her ability to draw on her understanding of wellness from many different perspectives. Angela is passionate about uniquely crafting holistic wellness strategies for individuals, families, schools, corporates, or communities.
Angela is currently based in Cape Town, South Africa, and specializes in immunity, inflammation, adrenal fatigue, high sensitivity, children, and holistic wellness strategy.

Angela is a Jivamukti trained yoga teacher with over 700 yoga teacher training hours. Jivamukti yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings, an integral yoga, and vigorous practice. Angela offers beginner, open level, and restorative classes, workshops and courses.
